The Junior HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews, and helping with onboarding processes. The role involves assisting in the implementation of HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating training or development programs. The intern will also help manage basic HR documentation, provide administrative support to the HR team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management.Candidates should have strong communication, organization, and time management skills.Candidates should be proficient in basic computer applications and office productivity tools.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn.A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
