قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Interior Engineer to join our team. This role supports the design, technical development, production, and installation of interior systems and furnishings for luxury yachts.The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of interior outfitting, furniture construction, 3D modelling, and technical documentation, together with a strong willingness to learn and develop within a hands-on yacht production environment.Working under the guidance of senior engineers, the Junior Interior Engineer will be involved in the process from design development through workshop production and on-board installation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing 3D models and 2D technical drawings for interior furniture and accessoriesPrepare and update technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation under the supervision of senior engineersSupport the preparation of technical documentation for workshop furniture productionAssist with monitoring workshop production and ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings and specificationsSupport the assembly and installation of interior furniture on board luxury yachtsAssist senior engineers in resolving technical and production-related issuesParticipate in design reviews and coordination with engineering, production, purchasing, and design teamsIdentify opportunities for improvements in interior design solutions, materials, and production methodsManage assigned tasks and provide regular updates on progress and completionAssist with purchasing activities and stock management related to interior outfitting components and materialsContinuously develop technical knowledge and understanding of yacht interior construction and outfittingRequirementsRequirementsBasic professional or educational experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD softwareStrong willingness to learn and develop technical skillsBasic understanding of technical drawings and engineering documentationGood spoken and written EnglishHighly organised and detail-orientedAbility to work as part of a multidisciplinary teamAbility to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of workBasic understanding of furniture construction, materials, or manufacturing processes is an advantageNice to HavePrevious experience in the furniture or woodworking industryPrevious experience in marine or yacht interior outfittingKnowledge of SolidWorks and technical drawing standardsBasic understanding of materials and manufacturing processes used in interior furniture productionWhat We OfferDirect involvement in the creation of world-class luxury yachts, built fully in-houseHands-on experience across the complete process from design to workshop production and on-board installationThe opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and develop your technical skillsAn international, fast-growing shipyard environment with long-term career opportunitiesExposure to high-end materials, bespoke craftsmanship, and complex interior systemsA clear opportunity to progress within the Interior Engineering team as your skills and experience developBenefitsWhat We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on innovative and sustainable projects Supportive and growth-oriented work environment Exposure to international standards and advanced technologies
