Job Description

As a junior investment analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment team and contributing to our success. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support fund selection and monitoring, including, screening and shortlisting funds, analysing performance and risk, comparing funds and strategies, helping with manager due diligence and meeting, produce and update basic fund reports, and, presentations Help prepare materials for investment committees and internal discussions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of funds, securities, and managers in systems Perform daily and weekly maintenance routines (data checks, updating prices and performance, monitoring watchlists) Organize and file investment documents and meeting notes Work with CIO, senior analysts, relationship managers, and clients on queries Assist with ad‑hoc research tasks and simple market reviews Liaise with external service providers on investment and operational matters Requirements: Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Maths, Statistics, or similar 0–2 years’ experience in investments or financial services (full-time internships acceptable) Strong numeracy and analytical skills Good Excel skills; basic PowerPoint and Word skills Detail-oriented and accurate with data and records Clear written and verbal communication (in both Cantonese and English) Well-organized and able to manage several tasks Interested in financial markets, funds, and investments Why Join Us?Work with a dynamic team in a collaborative and supportive environment.Gain exposure to a broad range of asset classes and fund structures.Opportunity to grow your career within a respected multi-family office.Achieve a healthy work-life balance.Competitive compensation package and benefits.APPLICATION METHOD : Please send your resume (PDF only), along with your current and expected salary to HR-Investment@alpshk.com.
