This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT Project Coordinator looking to take the next step, or an existing Junior IT Project Manager seeking broader project delivery exposure within a fast-paced technology environment.Working alongside experienced project professionals, you will support and deliver a variety of IT projects across multiple technologies, helping to ensure successful outcomes for enterprise clients while developing your project management capabilities.This opportunity is a 12 Month Fixed-Term arrangement, please only apply if this is something you can consider.Role OverviewAs a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of IT projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.This role would suit someone with strong organisation and communication skills who has experience in project coordination, project administration, or junior project management and is looking to further develop their project delivery career.You will gain exposure to a range of technology projects, including Managed Services, Networking, Cloud, Unified Communications, and Emerging Technologies, while developing your knowledge of project methodologies and delivery best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of multiple concurrent IT projectsAssist with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and tracking activitiesCoordinate project meetings, actions, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentationCommunicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and stakeholdersMonitor project progress and proactively escalate risks, issues, or dependenciesSupport Project Managers in ensuring projects are delivered to agreed timelines and quality standardsMaintain accurate project governance and administrative controlsBuild strong working relationships with customers and stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project delivery functionEnsure a customer-focused approach is maintained throughout project lifecyclesEssential Skills & ExperienceExperience working as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Analyst, or Junior Project ManagerPRINCE2 Foundation certification (minimum requirement)Experience supporting the delivery of projects within an IT or technology-focused environmentExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience coordinating multiple tasks and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentationGood understanding of project management principles and delivery methodologiesProactive and enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and developStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPointDesirable SkillsPRINCE2 Practitioner certificationExperience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologiesExposure to Managed Services, Networking, Cloud, Telecommunications, or Infrastructure projectsExperience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
