Junior IT Support Analyst Location: Brazil (100% Remote)About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Analyst to join our growing Construction & Manufacturing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career IT professionals looking to build hands-on experience supporting business-critical systems and end users in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows, email, and application support.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and service requests.• Create and maintain IT documentation and user guides.• Support user onboarding, account management, and access provisioning.• Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.• 0–2 years of IT support or technical support experience.• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.• Fluency in Portuguese; English is a plus.
