In this role, the developer will assist in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications under the guidance of senior engineers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing features, fixing bugs, writing unit tests, and contributing to microservices and Spring-based components. The developer will participate in code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow established development standards and best practices. The role also involves learning and applying new tools and frameworks, documenting technical work, and supporting continuous improvement of software quality and performance.QualificationsCandidates should possess core Software Development skills, including understanding of the software development lifecycle and basic design principles (0 to 4 years only)Candidates should possess strong Programming skills, particularly in Java, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Candidates should possess experience or coursework with the Spring Framework and related technologies used in modern Java applications.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Microservices architecture, including building, integrating, and maintaining distributed services.Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases, version control (e.g., Git), and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback in a collaborative team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
