Junior JavaScript Developer

Our client, a leading provider of telecommunications network design, construction, and maintenance services, is seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer to join its team based in Athens.The RoleThis is a well-rounded junior role with exposure to the full lifecycle of a solution, from analyzing business requirements through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement. You will focus on building and evolving internal web and business applications using modern JavaScript technologies, working closely with business users, IT, and other teams across the company. The role is open to candidates with up to one year of relevant experience, as well as recent graduates with a solid technical foundation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance internal web and business applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.jsBuild and support integrations and REST APIsSupport data management and reporting, including SQL queries and data checksParticipate in testing and deployment activitiesProvide user support and act as a liaison between business users and ITContribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processesWhat You’ll BringUp to one year of relevant experience, or a recent degree with a solid technical foundation; internships, university, or personal development projects are taken into accountVery good command of Greek and EnglishGood foundation in JavaScript and TypeScriptFamiliarity with React.js, Next.js, and Node.jsBasic understanding of relational databases and SQLFamiliarity with REST APIs and GitBasic understanding of testing and deployment / CI/CD conceptsAnalytical thinking and a problem-solving mindsetNice to HaveKnowledge of or exposure to PostgreSQLExposure to Microsoft Azure Experience with process automation or workflowsRelevant Microsoft, development, or cloud certificationsWhat’s in it for You€1,100 to €1,200 gross/month, along with full insurance coverage and private group health insurance.
