Our team includes experienced Arab IP lawyers and strong local enforcement networks, enabling us to deliver practical, enforcement-focused IP protection solutions.About the RoleAAA is looking for a Junior Lawyer to manage the legal follow-up of IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting cases across the UAE.This is a field-based position and is not primarily office-based. The role requires extensive travel and driving across the seven emirates, including frequent visits to police stations, Public Prosecution offices, Courts, warehouses, and destruction locations.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up on IP enforcement cases across the seven emirates of the UAE.Visit and coordinate with police stations, Public Prosecution offices, Courts, and other government authorities.Monitor case progress, hearings, deadlines, and required legal procedures.Attend court hearings, prosecution appointments, and other case-related meetings.Coordinate and arrange the destruction of seized counterfeit products and attend destruction sessions.Ensure all relevant case documents, certificates, and records are obtained and properly maintained.Coordinate with internal investigators, and legal teams regarding case developments.Maintain accurate case trackers and provide regular status updates.Identify and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure cases progress without unnecessary delays.Requirements1–2 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation, IP, enforcement, or a related field.Knowledge of UAE legal and government procedures is preferred.Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple cases, appointments, and deadlines.Professional and confident when dealing with government authorities.Valid UAE driving licence is essential.Willingness and ability to drive extensively across the UAE as part of the daily job requirements.Position DetailsLocation: Dubai, UAE Role Type: Field-Based / Mobile Experience: 1–2 years Salary: AED 6,000–7,000 per month Preferred: Arabic-speaking candidateNote: This role involves extensive driving and regular travel across all seven emirates. Candidates should be comfortable with a highly mobile, field-based working environment and should not expect a traditional office-based legal position.
