You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of litigation, transactional, and corporate matters, with significant exposure to complex and international engagements. The role offers substantial opportunities for professional development and career progression.Key responsibilitiesYour primary focus will be assisting a Partner on litigation and transactional matters, with a particular focus on the yachting and maritime sectors.You will also be exposed to a broad range of corporate matters, including corporate structuring, governance, and reorganisations.Skills and experienceThe ideal candidate will:Hold a law degree from a recognised UK university;Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, or be in the final stages of qualification;Have an exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage;Be highly organised, consistent, proactive and diligent, with excellent attention to detail;Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Our offerWe offer a competitive remuneration package reflecting the candidate’s experience, qualifications and demonstrated expertise.
