Junior Management Consultant (Saudi National)

About the RolePearls Consulting is seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Management Consultant to join our growing consulting team. In this role, you will support client projects across Saudi Arabia, helping organizations improve performance, optimize operations, reduce costs, and achieve strategic objectives.You will work closely with experienced consultants and client teams to analyze business challenges, develop practical recommendations, and support the implementation of high-impact solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Management Consultant, you will contribute to projects across areas such as:Strategy development and business planningOperations optimizationBusiness process improvement across functions such as supply chain, procurement, finance, warehousing, facility management, HR, and ITProject management and PMO supportChange management and organizational transformationData gathering, analysis, and presentation of insightsPreparation of client deliverables, reports, dashboards, and presentationsSupporting workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviewsYou may be based at Pearls’ office in Riyadh or Tunis, or work directly from client locations depending on project needs.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:A degree from a reputable engineering, business, economics, or management schoolStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to gather, structure, and analyze data effectivelyCritical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex business challengesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage tasks independently and deliver quality work within deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishStrong teamwork, adaptability, and client-facing professionalism0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or project-based experienceWhat We OfferExposure to strategic and operational consulting projectsOpportunity to work with clients across different industriesA collaborative and learning-oriented work environmentCareer development within a growing management consulting firmStart date: as soon as possibleLanguages: Both English and Arabic are mandatoryContact: hr@pearls.consulting
