Junior MarketerThe Picnic Factory is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Obour City.We are looking for a creative and proactive marketer with 1–2 years of experience who is interested in building brands, creating engaging content, and supporting marketing activities in the furniture industry.Key Responsibilities Support the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.Create and coordinate engaging content for social media and digital channels.Support the marketing and promotion of furniture products, collections, and projects.Assist in product photography, content production, and marketing materials.Conduct market and competitor research and keep up with industry trends.Support activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating new leads.Work closely with Sales and Design teams to ensure effective marketing communication.Assist with maintaining and developing the company’s digital presence.Monitor basic marketing performance and prepare simple reports.Contribute fresh ideas to improve customer engagement and strengthen the brand.Requirements1–2 years of experience in Marketing.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.Good understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing.Creative mindset with good attention to detail.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.Good command of English
