Junior Marketing

Role Description This full-time Junior Marketing role is an on-site position based in Egypt at Arab Union Glass. The Junior Marketing team member supports the development and execution of marketing activities, including assisting with campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, collecting and analyzing customer and competitor data, and helping to identify new business opportunities. The role also involves supporting social media and basic digital marketing efforts, preparing reports on campaign performance, and maintaining organized records of marketing assets and activities. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication across all channels.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data on customers, competitors, and industry trends.Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to support campaign planning, lead generation, and promotion of products and services.Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools and social media platforms.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
