The Junior Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, for Henley & Partners’ international membership network, Civis Mundi, while also participating and leading other initiatives across the Group.Main responsibilities:Support the design and execution of the wider marketing strategy for Henley & Partners and Civis Mundi, aligned with Henley & Partners Group and department objectives;Work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute the social media strategy, contributing ideas, content, and campaign support;Plan, coordinate, and deliver Group webinars, from promotion and registration through to follow-up and post-event reporting;Support the Events department with marketing for Group events, including promotional content, invitations, communications, and event collateral;Assist in developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns;Create, adapt, and optimize content and marketing collaterals for the website, email, and other channels;Collect and analyze performance data across campaigns, webinars, and events, and prepare regular reports with recommendations;Maintain organized records of campaigns, content, and assets;Stay informed about emerging platforms, trends, and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field;Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing and social media management;Working knowledge of major social media platforms and their basic algorithms;Experience with content creation and basic content management systems;Design skills and familiarity with visual content tools;Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and clarity;Good written and verbal communication skills;Familiarity with analytics tools;Good understanding of digital, online, and offline marketing;Strong willingness to learn, develop, and take initiativeConditions of employment: Competitive base salary; Full-time employment with probation period of 6 months;Hybrid working model;Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;25 days of annual leave; Employment visa.
