Location: Al Takhassusi, RiyadhRole OverviewAssisting in the design review, coordination, and site supervision of mechanical systems—including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection—for commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects.Education & Certification * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Membership/registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.Experience * Fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or MEP contracting/fit-out. * Internship or academic project experience related to HVAC, plumbing, or fire protection systems is a plus.Technical Skills * Basic understanding of mechanical design standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, and Saudi Building Code). * Fundamentals of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection system design. * Proficiency in AutoCAD; basic knowledge of Revit MEP, HAP/Carrier, or other engineering software is preferred. * Familiarity with reading and understanding mechanical shop drawings and BOQs.Project & Site Responsibilities * Support senior engineers in reviewing shop drawings, technical submittals, and material submissions. * Assist in site inspections, quality checks, and testing for mechanical installations. * Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers under senior supervision. * Help prepare quantity take-offs (BOQs) and daily/weekly site progress reports. * Adhere to project schedules, quality standards, and HSE guidelines.Soft Skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in the fit-out industry. * Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
