Level: Junior to Mid-LevelWe are expanding its digital media team. We specialize in digital content distribution, platform rights management, and media archiving. We are looking for a versatile Graphic & Video Designer to support our digital content workflows, short-form publishing strategies, and media enhancement projects.This role requires a blend of traditional design skills, strong video editing capabilities, and a practical understanding of how to integrate AI tools into daily production workflows.What You Will DoVideo Production: Edit and optimize short-form video content tailored for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Snapchat.Digital Asset Creation: Design promotional materials, platform thumbnails, and UI marketing assets for OTT streaming services and social media campaigns.AI Integration: Utilize AI generative and enhancement tools (such as Midjourney, ComfyUI, or Topaz Video AI) to upscale media, restore classic content, or generate rapid design variations.Photography & Capture: Apply basic photography and lighting knowledge to capture raw visual assets for internal projects or specific client campaigns.Brand Consistency: Maintain strict visual identities and metadata publishing standards across diverse entertainment properties and platform catalogs.What You BringExperience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and agile editing tools like CapCut.AI Adaptability: You don't need to be a machine learning engineer, but you must know how to prompt, operate, and troubleshoot standard AI image and video generation tools.Visual Fundamentals: A solid grasp of framing, composition, and basic photography principles.Pacing & Storytelling: An understanding of platform-specific video retention metrics, pacing, and how to hook an audience in the first three seconds.
