Junior/Middle Software Engineer, Đà Nẵng

You will have the freedom to determine technical solutions, develop your architectural skills, and create core infrastructure value for millions of MoMo users.Job DescriptionMaintain and develop the Communication Platform—one of the three core systems within the MoMo Marketing Platform;Develop features requested by the Product Owner (PO) based on the actual needs of Business Units (BUs);Develop features to meet company standards regarding security and user data protection;Participate in team discussions regarding features and system changes to evaluate and define the Platform's long-term direction;Propose solutions to improve the system and resolve existing issues;Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, report issues, and ensure timely resolution.Job RequirementsGeneral RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience for Junior positions or 2 years for Middle-level positions in backend programming;Solid knowledge of Java programming; strong understanding of Threads, Executors, and Dependency Injection principles;Knowledge of data structures and their application in real-world projects;Experience with MongoDB, SQL, and Redis;Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana);Strong teamwork and communication skills; proactive in supporting and mentoring teammates;Open-minded and creative approach to system development.Additional Requirements (Preferred)Experience working with microservices, Protobuf, gRPC, and Kafka. Experience working with large-scale systems operating under high-traffic and low-latency conditions;Experience using AI to support work tasks;A solid grasp of system architecture is an advantage (understanding system design and operations).
