🚢 We’re Hiring: Junior Operator – West Africa OperationsSeagull Maritime Security is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operator to join our West Africa Operations Department.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in maritime operations while supporting the safe and efficient coordination of security escort vessels across West Africa.Key responsibilities:

• Support the coordination and chartering of security escort vessels
• Assist with operational planning and day-to-day execution
• Monitor piracy threats, security incidents, and operational risks
• Coordinate with vessel owners, security personnel, vendors, and suppliers
• Help ensure compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports for management
• Contribute to process improvements, cost efficiency, and service qualityWhat we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of maritime operations, vessel chartering, security escorts, or risk management
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and remain composed in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English; additional West African languages are an advantage
