Junior Pricing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Pricing Specialist to join our team and support daily pricing activities in an international business environment.This role is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and data, has a strong eye for detail and wants to develop practical experience in Pricing, Excel and SAP.We are looking for potential, analytical skills and willingness to learn rather than extensive professional experience.What matters most to us is your analytical mindset, accuracy, willingness to develop and ability to work systematically with data.1. Main Responsibilities & TasksPerforming daily pricing calculations and data analysis based on available business and purchasing data.Working extensively with Excel to analyze, compare and validate pricing information.Investigating pricing discrepancies and identifying the reasons behind them.Preparing and checking data before pricing updates are made.Implementing and maintaining pricing information in SAP.Verifying the accuracy and completeness of pricing data.Analyzing large amounts of information and identifying inconsistencies or areas requiring correction.Supporting the team with ad-hoc pricing analyses and data-related tasks.Cooperating with other teams to clarify pricing, cost and material-related information.Monitoring cost and price fluctuations and analyzing their impact on sales performance and profitability.Optimizing pricing policies and ensuring regular updates and improvements are implemented.2. What we are looking forStrong analytical and numerical skills.Very good knowledge of Excel and confidence in working with data and formulas.Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate their root cause.Structured and systematic approach to work.Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Willingness to learn and develop new skills and systems.Previous experience with SAP.Previous experience in Pricing, Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain or another data-oriented role.Experience working in an international or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of additional Excel functions or data-analysis tools.We are open to candidates at the beginning of their professional career. Previous experience in Pricing is not a must if you have the right analytical mindset and are willing to learn.As this is a junior-level position, you will receive comprehensive training in SAP and in our end-to-end pricing process. You will gradually learn how to analyse pricing data, perform pricing calculations, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain pricing information in SAP.3. Education & ExperienceBachelor's or master’s degree in economics, business, or a related field.Experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus.Background in the manufacturing or industrial sector will be an asset.4.
