In 2025, IP Excellera joined Excellera Advisory Group, one of the leading corporate affairs advisory groups in EMEA.Job description:We are looking for a Junior Procurement Executive to support the smooth running of our Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh offices across procurement, and support when needed on supplier coordination, facilities and general operations. The role will report to the CFO and work closely with Finance and other internal teams.Key Responsibilities Manage vendor registration processes across offices with client platforms and portals. Support when needed on re-viewing required documentation such as NDAs, CoC, and other supplier compliance forms as part of client onboarding and proposal requirements. Manage proposal submissions and ensure alignment with client requirements and deadlinesMaintain strong relationships with procurement representatives Support procurement efforts related to new business opportunitiesUpdate expired portal requirements e.g. trade licenseSubmit weekly and monthly reports for procurement and RFP updatesMaintain client contacts databaseWork closely with the Associate Partners, Partners, and Finance team for contract wins and pipeline updates.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Good organisation and attention to detail.Fluency in Arabic, and good written and verbal English communication skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Willingness to learn and develop in procurement and operations.Ability to work collaboratively with Finance, Operations and other internal teams.Internship or university experience in procurement, supply chain, administration or operations is an advantage.
