We are looking for a Product Designer who can turn complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and highly usable experiences.This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys working closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams to take ideas from early concepts through to polished, production-ready experiences.The RoleAs a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process across key areas of the Superchat product. You will combine strong UX thinking, visual design craft, user research, and product judgment to create experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and commercially effective.You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment where priorities evolve quickly and designers are expected to contribute beyond simply creating screens.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and implementation.Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.Design responsive experiences across web and mobile products.Develop user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, design, development, and release.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions.Use product data, customer feedback, and behavioral insights to continuously improve existing experiences.Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns.Ensure consistency across the entire product ecosystem.Participate in product strategy discussions and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, and conversion.Review implemented designs and collaborate with Engineering to maintain a high level of quality.Balance user needs, technical constraints, and commercial objectives when making design decisions.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a closely related role.Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design, not only visual or graphic design.Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and interaction details.Experience designing complex workflows and simplifying technically complicated products.Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile product environment.Ability to explain and defend design decisions using research, product logic, and data.Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership of ambiguous problems.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Nice to HaveExperience within fintech, payments, AI, SaaS, messaging, or consumer technology products.Experience designing payment journeys, onboarding, KYC, dashboards, transactional experiences, or other complex workflows.Experience working with rapidly scaling technology companies.Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.Experience using analytics and experimentation to improve product experiences.Familiarity with AI-powered product experiences and conversational interfaces.What Great Looks LikeWe are particularly interested in designers who can demonstrate real shipped products and measurable product impact.
