Within our Product Team, we develop high-quality products that combine engineering, design, and manufacturability, from concept through production.We are looking for a Junior Product Development Engineer who wants to grow in a hands-on product development role within an international environment.About The Role -Support the development of new products and components from concept to industrialisationCreate and maintain 3D CAD models and production drawingsAssist with technical calculations, testing, and product validationSupport production processes and production ramp-upsDrive improvements in functionality, quality, and manufacturabilityWork closely with an international team of engineers, including colleagues in Germany and other Hunter Douglas companiesCollaborate with the documentation team to deliver accurate drawings for assembly and installation manualsCooperate with product management, production, purchasing, and marketing teamsAbout You - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design0–3 years of experience (graduates welcome)Interest in product development and manufacturingExperience with 3D CAD (Creo is a plus)Proactive mindset, eye for detail, and strong team spiritGood command of English; Dutch and/or German is a plusWhy Hunter Douglas?Work on tangible products used by millions across EuropeLearn from experienced engineers in a strong product-driven organizationInternational collaboration within a global company  By submitting your application below, you are providing your prior consent to receive SMS messages to notify you of any updates to your application status and to engage in discussion throughout your application process.
