Working as part of a staff augmentation team, this person will collaborate directly with the client and their creative partners to adapt, prepare, and quality-check digital designs—primarily in Figma and Photoshop. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProduce and adapt static digital assets in Figma, following supplied designs, specifications, and brand guidelines.Use Photoshop as needed to make image adjustments and prepare assets for digital use.Review layouts, copy, and final files for accuracy, consistency, and production quality.Maintain organized files using established naming conventions and folder structures.Track assigned tasks and deadlines, communicating progress and potential issues promptly.Collaborate directly with the client, designers, art directors, and production team to clarify requirements and incorporate feedback.Manage multiple assignments and adjust to project changes while maintaining quality and efficiency.Follow client workflows and processes for file handoff and delivery.QualificationsExperience or coursework in graphic design, visual arts, digital production, or a related field; a degree is preferred but not required.Solid working knowledge of Figma and Photoshop.A portfolio or work samples demonstrating attention to detail and digital design or production skills.Understanding of digital design fundamentals, file preparation, and brand consistency.Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, including comfort working directly with a client.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.Salary - $47,000 - 55,000Work EnvironmentThis role involves working at a computer for extended periods.We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
