Ltd. is a growing Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) services company specializing in project consultancy, design coordination, estimation, and client management for residential construction projects.We are seeking a motivated and professional Junior Project Consultant to join our growing Project Consultancy Department. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, project coordination, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication and problem-solving are key.The OpportunityAs a Junior Project Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the early stages of their building journey. Working closely with our Design and Estimation teams, you will coordinate client requirements, manage project communications, and ensure a seamless transition from initial enquiry through design and construction conversion.This position offers excellent exposure to the Australian residential construction industry while providing structured training and long-term career development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the client journey from initial enquiry through design development and construction conversion.Coordinate with the Design and Estimation teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.Present design concepts, cost estimates, and project recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.Liaise with councils, developers, real estates agents, and other relevant authorities to obtain information and facilitate project approvals.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the project.Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, and progress updates within the company's CRM system.Monitor project milestones and provide regular progress updates and reports to Senior Project Consultants.Ensure a high standard of professionalism, client satisfaction, and coordination throughout every stage of the project.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Candidates with a Diploma in one of these disciplines are also encouraged to apply.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
