Junior Project Engineer – Hospitality & Fit-Out Project

EKelenza Contracting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer to join our team for a premium hospitality project in Egypt.The role is ideal for an engineer looking to develop a career in project management, fit-out, and high-end finishing works while working directly with senior project leadership.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of site activities.Monitor site progress and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.Follow up on architectural, interior, and finishing works to ensure compliance with project requirements.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Coordinate with the technical office regarding drawings, RFIs, and site instructions.Track material approvals, deliveries, and installation progress.Attend site meetings and maintain project documentation.Support quality control and project closeout activities.RequirementsB.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.2-5 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or finishing projects.Strong knowledge of finishing materials and construction details.Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.Preferred ExperienceHospitality, hotel, serviced apartment, or luxury residential projects.Exposure to high-end interior fit-out and finishing works.What We Are Looking ForA proactive engineer with a strong interest in project execution and finishing quality, capable of coordinating multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail and project standards.
