Hiring: Purchaser / Junior Purchase OfficerLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: Up to AED 10,000 + Standard Company BenefitsExperience: 3–5 Years (UAE Experience Required)We are hiring a Purchaser / Junior Purchase Officer to join a leading German engineering company specializing in industrial refrigeration and cooling solutions.Key Responsibilities:Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from local and international suppliers.Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, and project teams to meet operational requirements.Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.Requirements:3–5 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the UAE.Experience in Industrial Refrigeration, Industrial Machinery, HVAC, Heavy Machinery, or similar industries is preferred.Strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement skills.Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Immediate joiners are highly preferred.Indian nationals are preferred.
