Junior QA/QC Engineer – Reality Capture

About us Robotic Imaging FZCO is the Dubai team of Robotic Imaging, Inc., a US reality capture company. We deliver 3D laser scanning, 360° virtual tours, Scan-to-CAD and Scan-to-BIM services for clients across the United States. Our Dubai team reviews and quality-checks site data and reports before they reach our US clients.The role We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer to review virtual tours, point clouds and site photos of US retail stores. You will verify measurements and asset information and produce clear, accurate site reports. You will work closely with our US field teams and offshore production teams, and you will help make sure every report is delivered correctly and on time.Key responsibilitiesReview 360° virtual tours (e.g., Matterport) and point-cloud data of US retail sitesVerify dimensions and measurements against capture data and client requirementsIdentify and record site assets (fixtures, equipment, signage, MEP items) from site photos and toursPrepare and update site and asset reports to client templates and standardsQA/QC check reports and deliverables from production teams before they go to US clientsFlag gaps, discrepancies or missing data, and follow up with field and production teamsCoordinate with US and offshore teams across time zones to meet client deadlinesKeep project trackers, files and records organised and up to dateRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field0–2 years of experience; entry-level candidates are welcomeAbility to read architectural and MEP drawingsBasic working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or RevitStrong Microsoft Excel and report-writing skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyClear written and spoken English for daily communication with US clients and teamsAble to work the scheduled hours below, including partial overlap with US Eastern timeNice to haveExperience with Matterport, NavVis, iGuide or other 360°/virtual tour platformsFamiliarity with Autodesk ReCap or other point-cloud viewers and measurement toolsExposure to Scan-to-BIM, as-built documentation, facility condition assessments or retail fit-out projectsInternship or academic project involving QA/QC, surveying or BIMWhat we offerSalary: AED 4000 - AED 6000 per monthUAE employment visa sponsored through the free zoneHealth insurance as required under Dubai lawAnnual leave in line with UAE Labour LawTraining in reality capture, Scan-to-BIM workflows and US client standardsExposure to international projects and a growing teamWorking hours On-site in Dubai, 5 days per week. 9 am to 5 pmLocation Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
