The ideal candidate will leverage statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and the cutting-edge AI models to discover signals that will drive trading strategies and enhance risk management decision-making.Job ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze vast datasets, including market data, economic data, alternative big data, and internal & external portfolio positions & trades data to uncover patterns and signalsResearch & Modeling: Develop and deploy a variety of models to forecast market, predict factor, discover alpha, and manage riskTeam Support: Cover other team members regarding candidate analysis, portfolio/performance monitoring and updating, and cross-team/department collaborationRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong academic background in coding and machine learning and deep learning techniquesTechnical background with deep understanding of math, statistics, and probabilityKnowledge of equity markets, including familiarity with market data and financial instrumentsSolid skills in data analysis and quantitative researchPython programming experience is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentCandidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
