Job SummaryWe are hiring Quantity Surveyors with 3–5 years of mandatory experience in façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BOQ verification, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, variation orders, progress billing, subcontractor coordination, and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.Mandatory Requirements 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Façade/Aluminum & Glazing projects (Mandatory). Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract administration. Experience in progress billing, variation orders, and commercial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skillsRequirementsKey Responsibilities Verify BOQs against subcontract packages and contract agreements. Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Monitor material deliveries and installation progress. Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Logistics, and Technical teams. Prepare monthly progress claims and payment applications. Review drawing revisions and prepare variation orders (VOs). Evaluate subcontractor claims and change orders. Prepare monthly cost reports and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports. Maintain payment records, interim payment applications, and project documentation.
