Team members work in a collaborative environment where safety, health, and service excellence are central to operations.Role Description The Junior Radiographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ampang. This role involves performing routine radiographic examinations in accordance with safety protocols and clinical guidelines, including imaging for occupational health assessments and travel health screenings. The Junior Radiographer will prepare patients for imaging procedures, operate and maintain radiographic equipment, and ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation of results. Daily responsibilities include adhering to radiation protection standards, assisting senior radiographers and medical staff, and supporting quality assurance activities for imaging services. The role also requires maintaining a clean and safe work environment, managing appointments, and providing clear, respectful communication to patients and colleagues.Qualifications Formal qualification in Radiography or Medical Imaging from a recognized institution; eligibility for relevant professional registration or licensing in Malaysia.Knowledge of basic radiographic techniques, image positioning, and routine imaging procedures in clinical or occupational health settings.Understanding of radiation safety principles, infection control practices, and occupational health and safety guidelines.Ability to operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting and care for radiographic equipment and related devices.Strong attention to detail for accurate imaging, patient identification, and record-keeping, including digital systems and PACS where applicable.Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, medical professionals, and multidisciplinary teams in a respectful, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory manner.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to follow protocols, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and follow company procedures, participate in training, and support continuous improvement in OSH and travel health services.Prior experience or clinical placement in a radiology or occupational health setting is an advantage but not mandatory for junior candidates.
