We are also a certified Great Place to Work company.About the RoleAs a Junior Relationship Manager, you will join our Sales team and play an important role in acquiring and engaging clients, following up on leads, and supporting the growth of XTB's client base. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience who is commercially driven, confident in communication, and interested in building a career in financial services and online trading. You will receive structured training and ongoing support to develop your sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of financial markets.What You'll Be DoingSales & Business Development

• Contact prospective clients and introduce XTB's products and services.
• Follow up with leads and support the conversion of prospects into active clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide relevant information about XTB's products and trading platform.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Support lead generation and other sales and business development activities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.Client Engagement
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other relevant channels.
• Provide a professional and positive client experience.
• Respond to client questions and coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their needs and interests.
• Keep clients informed about relevant products, services, and platform features in line with approved company procedures.Market & Product Knowledge
• Develop a good understanding of financial markets, including forex, indices, commodities, and CFDs.
• Build knowledge of XTB's products, services, and trading platform.
• Stay informed about relevant market developments and industry trends.
• Participate in internal training and continuously develop your financial markets and sales knowledge.
• Ensure all client communication and sales activities follow XTB's internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.Team Collaboration
• Work closely with other Sales team members and internal departments.
• Share relevant client feedback with the team.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
• Contribute to achieving overall team sales objectives.What We're Looking For
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial services, brokerage, FX, CFD, FinTech, or a similar industry is required.
• Previous experience in a sales, telesales, relationship management, or business development role is required.
• Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPIs is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and proactive approach.
• Commercially minded and target-oriented.
• Customer-focused with a strong interest in sales.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and handling sales conversations.Preferred:
• Interest in financial markets, trading, forex, or investment products.
