The company is building tools that support evidence-based decision-making across a range of research domains.Role Description The Junior Research Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role involves gathering and analyzing data from various sources, conducting market and product-related research, and summarizing findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. The Junior Research Analyst will support the creation and maintenance of knowledge maps, verify sources with accurate citations, and assist in preparing reports and presentations. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand research needs, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to the improvement of Atlas’s research workflows and tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Statistics.Candidates should possess Market Research and general Research skills to collect, interpret, and synthesize data.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written and verbal formats.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field are beneficial.Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic analytics software is advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Singapore, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail is preferred.
