Atlas focuses on making research more intuitive, collaborative, and evidence-based for users across various domains.Role Description The Junior Research Analyst role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the analyst will support research initiatives by gathering and analyzing data from various sources, conducting market and industry research, and organizing findings into clear reports and visual summaries. The analyst will collaborate with team members to build and refine knowledge maps, verify data and citations, and help ensure the accuracy and relevance of content within the workspace. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing presentations and documentation, and communicating insights to internal stakeholders to support product development and strategic decisions.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Statistics skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate evidence-based insights.Proficiency in Market Research and Research methodologies to collect, validate, and synthesize information from diverse sources.Effective Communication skills to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to use common research and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, visualization software, basic statistical tools).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Curiosity about research technologies, knowledge management, and data-driven decision-making; experience in tech or SaaS environments is a plus.
