Atlas focuses on clarity, traceability, and usability, making it a compelling environment for individuals interested in innovative research tools and methods.Role Description The Junior Research Assistant will support research projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information within the Atlas Workspace platform. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, maintaining accurate records of sources, preparing summaries and reports, and assisting with the creation of structured knowledge maps and citation trails. The role also involves collaborating with research teams, contributing to documentation, and helping to test and refine workflows within the platform. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, requiring consistent presence and close coordination with team members and supervisors.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret findings, identify patterns, and support evidence-based insights.Proficient Research capabilities to conduct literature reviews, gather relevant information, and verify sources.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, document processes, and present research outcomes clearly.Basic Laboratory Skills (where applicable to project scope) to assist with experimental procedures, data collection, and adherence to protocols.Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing references, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring traceable citations.Comfort with digital tools and platforms; experience with data management, knowledge bases, or research software is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Singapore, manage time effectively, and follow guidance from senior researchers.Relevant academic background in a scientific, technical, or research-related discipline (e.g., science, engineering, social sciences, information science).
