The environment is geared toward people who value precision, transparency, and effective knowledge organization.Role Description The Junior Research Assistant role at Atlas Workspace is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. In this role, the assistant will support research activities by reviewing academic papers, summarizing key findings, and organizing references within the Atlas Workspace platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting literature searches, compiling datasets, assisting in data analysis, and helping maintain accurate research documentation. The Junior Research Assistant will collaborate with senior researchers, contribute to internal reports and presentations, and ensure that information is clearly communicated across the team. The role also involves adhering to research protocols and continuously improving workflows for managing scientific and academic content.Qualifications Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing literature, identifying patterns, and interpreting findings.Solid research abilities, including literature review, source evaluation, and information synthesis.Competence in data analysis, with familiarity in basic statistical methods or tools commonly used in research.Laboratory skills (if applicable to the project domain), including adherence to safety standards and experimental protocols.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for preparing summaries, reports, and presenting findings to the team.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related disciplines).Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Singapore and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Proficiency with productivity and research tools (e.g., reference managers, spreadsheets, or data visualization software) is an advantage.
