This role involves supporting research projects by conducting literature reviews, organizing and summarizing scientific papers, and assisting in the evaluation of research methodologies. The Junior Research Assistant will help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation, as well as maintain accurate records of data sources and findings. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior researchers, contributing to data collection and basic analysis, and ensuring that research outputs are clearly structured and aligned with project goals. The role may also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to support product features that serve the research community.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret research findings and identify patterns.Demonstrated Research experience, including literature review, information synthesis, and source evaluation.Effective Communication skills for preparing clear written summaries, reports, and presentations.Basic Laboratory Skills or familiarity with research workflows, where relevant to project needs.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency with common productivity and research tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reference managers, or data visualization tools).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as science, engineering, social science, or related disciplines.Interest in research technology and improving how researchers interact with scientific literature.
