JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF) - 01 POSTApplications are invited for a DST-funded research project titled “Assessment of Cognitive Alertness and Fatigue in Long Haul Truck Drivers Using Machine Learning Models and Evaluation of Stress Management Intervention” at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT)Location: ChennaiPrincipal Investigator: Dr. VenkadavarahanQualification:Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, Neuroscience, Neurophysiology, Physiology/Medical Physiology, Transportation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics/Instrumentation, Urban Planning, or a closely related discipline to brain signals capturing and processing.Hands-on experience in EEG and behavioural data collection is required.Responsibilities: Collect and analyse EEG, HRV, EDA, and behavioural data using signal-processing and machine-learning methods while coordinating participant recruitment and fieldwork involving frequent travel.
