For our Milan office, we are looking for a Junior Quantitative Researcher to be placed within the Service Line Innovation, in one of our international team, specialized in innovations and consumer behaviour in Nicotine product category across the globe, creating and executing cutting edge marketing research services and solutions for R&D and branding, portfolio management and other business units of our key client. “Real Insights from Real People”: this is our philosophy to guide customers in identifying, qualifying and forecasting the commercial potential of innovation ideas, products and packaging.Our innovative and strategic solutions help our customers be quicker to seize opportunities earlier and more agile in finalizing the launch of their products to market.Within our team, you will be part of the crew on a daily basis in the different phases of market research, from start-up to delivery of the results to the end customer. Specifically, you will contribute in understanding of business issues and their transformation into research questions, drafting survey designs, creating well thought and winning proposals, research projects execution, analysis, report writing and storytelling.Your roleWithin the Innovation Service Line, and specifically within the team specializing on nicotine products, you will support the manager and the entire team in the operational management of the different phases of a market research project, from the briefing to the delivery of the final results to the client.Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:·      to ensure the proper management of assigned day-to-day research activities and effective coordination with the client and internal project stakeholders;·      based on the guidance gathered from the Service Line, support your line manager in drafting research projects, helping to formulate methodologies consistent with the input received and in line with the client’s specific objectives;·      assist the team in the production – whether guided or partially independent – of interim research results (requesting quotations, drafting research proposals, defining and preparing questionnaires);·      interact with field staff to continuously monitor activities, ensuring that timeframes and associated costs are consistently managed effectively;·      verify the quality and methodological consistency of the research data received, prepare analysis plans, and check the results obtained;·      analyse data, draw up reports and, where required, share them with the client, working alongside their research manager;·      create presentations of survey results, accompanied by comments; in some cases, depending on the complexity of the project, deliver the presentation directly alongside their manager.Required hard skills·      At least 1-2 years’ previous experience in market research and analysis·      Knowledge of quantitative research tools·      Advanced Excel, Power Point·      Advanced English Required soft skills·      Team work·      Flexibility and proactivity·      Effective communicationOther InformationNational Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sectorCompensation range: Annual Gross Salary (RAL) €26k - €31k, plus meal vouchers (ticket restaurant)Our offer:-          A dynamic and international work environment-          A people-focused workplace and committed to CSR, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion-          Active participation in corporate welfare activities-          Continuous on-the-job training and access to “Ipsos Training Center”, our e-learning platform-          A People & Culture HR Team -          Opportunity to deliver better research and insight to our national and international top-clients with subject-matter experts   Ipsos Taking Responsibility  We are committed to providing equal opportunity to all employees, creating an inclusive, collaborative, supportive work environment based on respect, fairness and equal opportunity.
