Healthcare professionals joining ISIC Multispeciality Hospital work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering world-class multispeciality care.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Resident Doctor / RMO (ICU) based at ISIC Multispeciality Hospital in the Greater Delhi Area. The role involves providing round-the-clock clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, managing ventilator and life-support equipment under supervision, and responding to emergencies. Responsibilities include assisting senior intensivists and consultants with clinical assessments, procedures, and treatment plans, as well as documenting patient history, progress notes, and orders accurately in medical records. The Junior Resident / RMO will coordinate with nursing and allied healthcare teams to support safe, evidence-based patient care and participate in handovers and multidisciplinary rounds. The role may also include involvement in quality improvement initiatives, adherence to clinical protocols, and participation in ongoing clinical training programs.Qualifications Recognized MBBS degree with valid registration from the appropriate medical council; prior ICU, emergency, or critical care exposure is preferred.Strong clinical assessment skills, including history taking, physical examination, interpretation of basic investigations, and timely escalation to senior clinicians.Competence in essential ICU procedures under supervision (e.g., IV line insertion, arterial blood sampling, urinary catheterization) and familiarity with ventilators and monitoring equipment.Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-based environment with clear, respectful communication across medical, nursing, and allied health staff.Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with resilience in managing stressful and urgent situations.Commitment to evidence-based practice, infection control, patient safety, and accurate medical documentation.Strong ethical standards, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care, including communication with patients’ families.Interest in continuous learning, attending clinical teaching sessions, and participating in audits or quality
