Job Purpose:Al Tayer Engineering is looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Engineer – BMS to join our growing Building Management Systems (BMS) team. The successful candidate will support business development activities and drive sales of BMS, PICV, BTU Meters, Thermostats, VAVs, and related energy management solutions in Abu Dhabi Market. This role offers an excellent opportunity for engineering graduates and early-career sales professionals to develop their technical and commercial expertise within the building automation industry.Functional Roles and Responsibilities:Support the sales team in promoting Honeywell BMS, BTU Meters, PICVs, Thermostats, VAVs, and related solutions.Identify and develop new business opportunities with MEP contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and end users.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert opportunities into orders.Assist in project tracking, order processing, and customer relationship management.Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.Maintain regular visits to customers and consultants to strengthen business relationships.Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects. Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.2–5 years of experience in sales, estimation, or engineering related to BMS, HVAC controls, or MEP systems.Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.Knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, BTU meters, PICVs, VAVs, and energy management solutions will be an advantage.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer-oriented and result-driven mindset.Proficiency in MS Office applications.UAE Driving License must Skill and Experience:Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
