Hiring: Junior Sales Executive – CTRM & Microsoft Dynamics ERP📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 + Attractive Commission🏢 Hiring for one of our clientsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to support business development for Commodity Trading & Risk Management (CTRM) and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions within the Oil & Gas sector.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in enterprise software sales while working with leading commodity trading, refining, and energy companies.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas and commodity trading sectors.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team.Understand client requirements and assist in positioning CTRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Attend client meetings and industry events as required.Requirements1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in Enterprise Software, ERP, SaaS, or IT Solutions.Exposure to the Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, or ERP industry is an advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.Ability to quickly learn complex software solutions and effectively communicate their business value.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems is a plus.Willingness to travel within the UAE when required.BenefitsCompetitive salary with an attractive performance-based commission structure.Employment Visa.Medical Insurance.Career growth opportunities within enterprise software sales.Exposure to regional and international clients.Working Schedule🗓️ Monday to Friday (1st & 3rd Saturdays working)🕘 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)www.elitehrconsultancy.com
