Junior Site Engineer – Renovation & Fit-Out

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contracting company specializing in premium residential renovations, villa upgrades, interior fit-out, landscaping and custom joinery. We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to manage and coordinate day-to-day activities across our residential renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai.This position is only available for immediately available candidates or candidates on a short notice period (10 days or less)Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily site activities and ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications and quality standards.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and in-house labour.Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and project schedules.Coordinate closely with Project Managers, designers and the procurement team.Review drawings and identify technical or site-related issues before execution.Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper workmanship.Prepare daily site updates, progress reports and site documentation.Coordinate inspections, snagging and project handover.Ensure proper health, safety and site organization.Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively resolve site issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience in residential renovation, interior fit-out or construction preferred.UAE experience is preferred, but we are also open to strong candidates without UAE experience.Good understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings.Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.Good English communication skills.Organized, highly motivated, punctual and accountable.Able to work independently and manage multiple site priorities.UAE driving licence is an advantage.Must be based in Dubai.Immediately available to join or on a very short notice period.We are looking for a hands-on engineer who takes ownership of the site, maintains high quality standards and ensures work progresses according to schedule.
