We serve organizations across banking, telecom, logistics, and government sectors.Our VisionA world where cyber threats are detected and mitigated before they can impact business operations, and where security is a competitive advantage, not a burden.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze security alerts generated by SIEM.Review SIEM dashboards, rules, and alerts for anomalies or potential threats.Validate and classify SIEM alerts based on severity and relevance.Assist in tuning SIEM rules and decoders to reduce false positives.Support deployment and health checks of agents across endpoints.Escalate high-severity or confirmed incidents to incident responder.Assist in evidence collection and enrichment using IR tools or integrations.Perform initial triage on events such as file integrity changes, suspicious processes, login anomalies, indicator of attack, and vulnerability findings detected by SIEM.Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from a recognized university.Special qualification/Skill: SIEM alert triage and threat detection.Training: Must hold at least one of the following certifications: BTL1 or CCDL1.Experience (in specific field): Minimum 1 (one) year of relevant hands-on experience in a cybersecurity monitoring role, with practical exposure to SIEM tools, alert triage, and threat detection workflows.Other BenefitAs per company policy
