We work hard, we have fun & we love what we do!Job Description:Location: Nariman pointWorking model: Hybrid (12 days WFO/ rest WFH)Days: Monday- FridayTiming: 10:30AM- 7:00PMExperience: 1-2 yearsResponsibilities:Analyze customer expectations, requirements, and develop social media posts accordinglyDevelop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve targetsCreate, implement, and execute content ideas with the design teamIdeate and flesh out content strategies for clients and service them end-to-endCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, content developers, vendors, and collaboratorsRegular posting and creation of amplification plansMonitor posts, analyze data obtained, and develop monthly reportsPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesStay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practicesSkills and Requirements:1-2 years of relevant work experience in the media industry, preferably with an agency background.Agency background (with experience handling multiple brands) is required.Experience in Beauty, lifestyle, and luxury preferred.Intermediate knowledge of content writing, ideation & CanvaTeam & time management skillsBenefits:We work 5 days a week and have a hybrid model (12 days WFO is a must).
