This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications and provides hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code while collaborating closely with engineers, product, and UX teams.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the full web application development lifecycle from concept through deployment and post-launch supportDevelop high-quality code following established development standards and processesBuild and maintain front-end and back-end features to support business requirementsCollaborate with UX and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, user-centered designsReview code and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and best practicesAssess technical feasibility of proposed functional designsMaintain and enhance existing applications and codebasesCommunicate task progress, technical challenges, and solutions clearlyStay current with emerging web and software development technologiesRequirementsWho You AreGrowth-minded with a desire to continuously expand technical knowledgePassionate, creative, and efficient problem solverTechnically curious with strong critical-thinking skillsReliable, responsible, and detail-orientedComfortable working both independently and collaborativelyTakes pride in producing high-quality, maintainable workQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)Understanding of both front-end and back-end development conceptsExperience with React, JavaScript/typescript preferredFamiliarity with Git; Jira and Confluence experience is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsWhat We OfferAt EarthCam, we believe great work starts with feeling supported, valued, and inspired.
