Clearstory is hiring a Software Engineer to join our Support Engineering team. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, customer success, and product development.As a Junior Software Engineer, you'll help investigate and resolve complex customer issues, improve operational tooling, automate repetitive workflows, and contribute code across our platform. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure our users have a reliable and exceptional experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who has some professional experience and wants to accelerate their growth. You'll gain exposure to the full Clearstory platform while developing strong technical, product, and customer-facing skills.
