As an aspirational company, PantherIQ offers growth opportunities for junior professionals who want to build impactful technology solutions.Role Description The Junior Software Engineer will contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions that support AI automation and systems integration projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, implementing back-end services and APIs, debugging issues, and collaborating with senior engineers to deliver reliable features. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting technical work, and assisting in integrating software components with existing client systems. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and understanding of core software engineering concepts.Skills in Software Development and Programming, including experience with at least one modern programming language.Knowledge of Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply design principles in real projects.Basic familiarity with AI, automation, or systems integration concepts is a plus.Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and work within collaborative development workflows (version control, issue tracking).Effective communication skills and capacity to work in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
