Junior Software Engineer (Excellent English)

EgyBell is hiring a Junior Software Developer for a leading insurance company.Location: Mohandessin - GizaEssential Job Requirements: Application Development & Maintenance• Design, develop, test, and deploy features and fixes for existing Java EE applications• Technologies: Java 8, Spring Boot, JSF, RichFaces, JSP, ServletsCore Programming Knowledge• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts• Proficiency in data structures and algorithmic problem-solvingFrontend Development• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JSTL, jQuery, Bootstrap, and JavaScript• Ability to build responsive and user-friendly web interfacesBackend & Persistence• Experience with Oracle Database (SQL and PL/SQL)• Knowledge of JPA (EclipseLink) for ORM and persistence managementWeb Services & Integration• Development and testing of REST/SOAP services• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and integration validationApplication Servers• Deployment and configuration on:Oracle WebLogic ServerIBM WebSphere (Rational Application Developer, Application Server, and E Commerce modules)Version Control• Proficient in Git and SVN for source code management and collaborationProject Tracking• Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking, sprint planning, and agile workflowsReporting & Data Management• Ability to design and develop complex reports• Manage data exports using JasperReportsEducation: Required Education:Bachelor of Computer Science or EngineeringRequired Experience:1 year of experienceFresh Graduates are welcomeExcellent in English is a mustSpecific industry experience:Insurance is a plusSpecific Skills Required: Technical Aspects• Proficient in Java• Strong understanding of XSL• Solid knowledge of XML• Experience working with Oracle 9i Database• Crystal Reports development experience is considered an asset
