With its avant -garde superyacht inspired design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the nautical trilogy alongside the wave -shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic sail -inspired Jumeirah Burj Al ArabAbout the Job The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Ensure guest satisfaction by providing efficient, friendly, and attentive service that exceeds expectations.Oversee and actively participate in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.Supervise kitchen section(s) to ensure tasks are completed according to standards, including stock management, portion control, food quality, and cleanliness.Implement measures to minimize waste and control operating costs while maintaining quality standards.Evaluate food products for consistency and quality, maintaining high standards in food preparation.Monitor team members' grooming, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations and SOPs, providing coaching and guidance as needed.About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School DiplomaCulinary Arts training from a reputable establishment – minimum 6 monthsPrevious HACCP training3–5 years of experience in the same role within a luxury hospitality or high-end restaurantAbout the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
