Junior Strategist/Founder's Associate

Our thesis is that AI is commoditizing execution, which makes narrative and positioning the last durable moat.We are hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside our founder. This is a high-trust, high-proximity seat. Part strategy, part operations, part right hand. It is built for someone early in their career who wants to see how a firm actually runs and to grow fast by being close to the decisions.What you'll do:Work side by side with the founder and keep him ahead of his dayManage calendar, inbox triage, scheduling, and follow-upsPrep for meetings and track action items to closeBuild and run our CRM and content engineSupport strategy, positioning, and business development on real accountsTurn messy inputs into clean, client-ready assetsWho you are:Sharp, low-ego, fast, and unflappableExtremely organized, with a real bias for follow-throughA strong writer with an eye for detailComfortable moving between calendar logistics and client strategy in the same hourDiscreet with sensitive informationExperience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is a plus, not a requirementThe details:Full-time, in person at our Midtown office$45,000 to $70,000 depending on experienceClear growth path tied to performance, with a formal review.If this sounds like you, apply with your resume and a short note on why this seat.
