Junior Supply Chain & Procurement Associate

This role focuses on execution excellence across procurement, inventory tracking, and dispatch coordination.Key Responsibilites :1.Procurement SupportRaise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for timely supplyFollow up with vendors on deliveries, delays, and discrepanciesAssist in maintaining vendor records and pricing data2.Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor daily stock levels and update inventory recordsTrack consumption and flag low stock or excess inventorySupport periodic stock audits and reconciliation3.Dispatch & LogisticsEnsure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch to outletsVerify quantities and quality before dispatchCoordinate with delivery teams for timely pickups4.Goods ReceivingReceive materials and verify against purchase ordersConduct basic quality checks on incoming goodsMaintain proper inward documentationRequirements :Undergraduate degree (any field)Freshers or 0–2 years of experienceWillingness to work early morning shifts (4 AM start)Basic organizational and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking ForReliable and punctual individual with strong ownershipDetail-oriented and execution-focusedTeam player with willingness to learn and growHands-on approach to operations
